About the ★ Nomad Knife
Overview · Skins
Overview
The Nomad Knife is a folding blade modeled on the Strider 3CR13, and it stands out for a rare draw animation in which the player nicks a finger while pulling it out, alongside a separate rare inspect animation that flips the blade several times in hand. The knife entered the game with the Shattered Web update in November 2019, and like every knife it cannot be bought directly; it only appears as a rare special-item drop, unboxed from the Fever Case, the Fracture Case, and the Shattered Web Case. Every finish made for it, regardless of pattern, is graded Covert rarity.
Skins
The wiki lists 19 skins for the Nomad Knife, all of them Covert rarity like every knife finish in the game. Named patterns among the rarest include Blue Steel, Case Hardened, Crimson Web, and Damascus Steel, several of which recur across the game's other knives.
