Overview
SCAR-20 | Zinc is a Consumer Grade finish from The Achroma Collection. The SCAR-20 itself is a semi-automatic sniper rifle that gives up mobility for long-range stopping power. The finish keeps to a grayscale palette rather than adding color to the rifle.
Design
Zinc trades color for a grayscale pattern spread across the rifle's surface, moving between light and dark tones rather than any single hue. The effect reads as a tonal, almost monochrome camouflage rather than a flat gray coat. No other visual detail is specified beyond this grayscale treatment.
Float and wear
Zinc's float is capped between 0.00 and 0.60, which still covers all five exteriors, Factory New through Battle-Scarred. At the lower end the grayscale pattern looks crisp and clean; as the float climbs toward 0.60 the surface takes on visible scuffing consistent with Battle-Scarred wear. The finish never reaches the higher floats some other rifle skins allow.
