Overview
The Skeleton Knife is a fixed-blade melee weapon modeled on the Renegade Tactical Steel Stryker throwing knife, giving it a slim, angular profile built for a fast draw rather than a wide cutting edge. Its signature flourish is a unique inspect animation in which the player spins the blade around an index finger, a detail not shared with older knives in the game. The knife entered the game with the Shattered Web update on November 18, 2019, and like every knife it cannot be bought outright; it only appears as a rare special-item drop, unboxed from the Fever Case, the Fracture Case, and the Shattered Web Case. Every finish made for it, regardless of pattern, is graded Covert rarity.
