Overview
The Ursus Knife is a fixed-blade melee weapon presumed to be modeled on the Gerber Prodigy Tanto Fix, giving it a thick, tanto-style point rather than a curved edge. It carries a rare draw animation where the player tosses the blade before catching it, and a rare inspect animation that spins the knife in hand, flourishes not every knife in the game shares. This knife has been available since August 3, 2018, when the Horizon Case launched, and like every knife it cannot be purchased outright; it only appears as a rare special-item drop from a small set of cases, among them the Danger Zone Case, the Horizon Case, the Prisma Case, and the Prisma 2 Case. Every finish applied to it is graded Covert rarity regardless of pattern or wear.
