Overview
SG 553 | Safari Print is a Consumer Grade finish from The Harlequin Collection. The SG 553 itself is a Terrorist-exclusive scoped rifle offered as an alternative to the AK-47 for long-range engagements. Here it is finished in a brown animal print pattern across its body.
Design
A brown animal print spreads over the rifle's surface, made up of irregular blotches and markings in the style of safari-themed camouflage. The pattern covers the body broadly rather than sitting in a single panel, giving the weapon a mottled, textured look. Tones stay within a brown, earthy range rather than mixing in brighter colors.
Float and wear
Safari Print's float stretches from 0.00 to 0.70, still enough to reach all five listed exteriors, Factory New through Battle-Scarred. Toward the low end the animal print looks clean and well-defined, while by 0.70 the surface picks up the scuffed, faded look expected at Battle-Scarred. The range falls short of the maximum 1.00 float some rifle finishes carry.
